Right off EXIT 51 from Interstate 20.  Homes are priced from the low $200K to $300K. I personally like the new floor plans and elevations that Mungo has updated for this neighborhood.  It makes it an affordable Lexington neighborhood with great amenities such as side walks, good sized lots, lots of natural area, pool and cabana (to be built in Summer 2010).  The lot sizes range from 10,000 sq ft (1/4 of an acre) to 15,000 sq ft (1/3 of acre).  Home Owners Association is $410 per year.
