I received my NC Real Estate License in 1988 and have been involved in various forms of construction and Real Estate Sales through the years.. My family and I moved to the Charlotte area in 1992 from Winston-Salem NC. I left my Wachovia Bank position as VP of Operational Services after 36 yrs. of service. I am continuing my Real Estate career with EXIT Realty South. I have found that EXIT Realty South gives me the resources to provide my Clients the outstanding service level they deserve. This combined with my 30+ yrs of operational management, gives me the background to manage through the most difficult of Real Estate transactions and provide a superior level of client satisfaction.

My goal is to be a leader in the real estate industry as we move through the maze we currently find ourselves. With so many changes and challenges, our industry is an exciting place to be now and in the future. Technology has just begun to touch our industry; the responsibilities on being a trusted advisor are huge and demand a commitment to constant learning.
