Work Environments Matter Posted on July 16, 2012 I do believe the atmosphere in the workplace can either make or break your day. I have worked in places where people do not talk to each other and do what ever it takes to get noticed even at the expense of someone else. That makes it difficult in an office environment but can you imagine what it would be like in the sales arena. Sales is a tough job as is but imagine having to meet the demands of your clients in a hostile work environment; even if not hostile, uninviting. As the owner of EXIT Realty 1st Class II I demand a positive work environment. We do not try and steal leads from each other instead our mission is to give each client the most pleasant and rewarding home buying or selling experience. Each and every agent knows that is their mission and nothing less will be tolerated. With the agents focusing on the clients we are forced to work together and not against each other. Christal Berg is a book knowledge when it comes to new construction so when Debbie Waitley a top Buyer’s Agent has someone interested in new construction she goes to Christal and Christal takes time to show her and teach her what she needs to know. Katie Smith is our Listing Coordinator so any agent needing help with marketing goes to Katie. We work hard in our office but we play hard too. I can honestly say since I opened the doors December 3, 2010 there have been less than 3 days when I did not want to go to work. I love where I work and the people I work with; do you?
